I am a Free Fire player, and I am writing regarding an issue where OTP emails are not being delivered to my registered email address, “Regelejupit***@gmail.com.”
About a month ago, I accidentally unsubscribed from Garena emails in Gmail, not realizing that this action would also stop me from receiving OTP messages. If I had known this, I would never have unsubscribed.
Since then, I have been unable to receive any OTP emails from Garena, which is preventing me from accessing important account features and causing significant inconvenience.
I have already tried to resolve the issue by checking my email folders and taking steps on my end, but the problem still persists.
I kindly request that my email address, “Regelejupit***@gmail.com,” be re-subscribed to Garena emails so I can start receiving OTP codes again and continue using my Free Fire account without interruption. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in restoring my email subscription and OTP delivery as soon as possible.
