The system at GetContact doesn't automatically pick up on when you switch carriers. You can try the steps below to add the new carrier information to your account:
In the app's Settings menu, go to "Conditional Forwarding" and delete your settings for conditional forwarding. This step helps to reset the information about the carrier.
Reactivate Conditional Forwarding: Once you've canceled, you need to turn on the conditional forwarding settings again. When you do this, the app will automatically detect and adapt to the new carrier.
If you're still having trouble, you can ask your carrier if they support conditional forwarding. Also, making sure that you activate the Assistant Service after changing carriers makes sure that your personal assistant works perfectly with the new carrier information.
