Unauthorized GCash Charge from Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology
On September 17, 2026 at around 1:08 PM, an amount of 699 was deducted from my GCash account for a “Payment to Hong Kong VCreation Cloud Technology Limited, Merchant Transaction.” I did not sign up for any app, website, or subscription related to this merchant and I did not authorize this transaction. After noticing the deduction, I contacted GCash support and they informed me that I should contact the merchant directly. However, I have no relationship with this company and do not know how or why this charge was made to my account. I am requesting a full refund of the 699 that was deducted from my GCash account and an investigation into this unauthorized transaction. I also ask that any similar future charges from this merchant to my account be blocked.
