GCash Charged 699.00 for an Unrecognized VCreation Cloud Payment
Today I noticed a deduction of 699.00 from my GCash account with the description related to “vcloud creation” and the merchant shown as VCreation Cloud Technology Unlimited. I did not knowingly authorize this payment and I do not recognize any service or subscription under this name. As soon as I saw the transaction, I contacted both GCash support and the merchant, but I did not receive any helpful solution and the issue remains unresolved. I am upset that this amount was taken from my account without my clear consent and that I could not get proper assistance when I asked for clarification. I request that this transaction be fully investigated, that I be provided with a clear explanation of how this payment was processed under my account, and that the full amount of 699.00 be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask that any related subscription, agreement, or automatic charges linked to my details be identified and cancelled so that similar unauthorized deductions do not occur again.
