Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited Unauthorized Deduction

On September 21, 2026 at around 6:01 AM, an amount of ₱699 was deducted from my GCash account under the name “Hong Kong Vcreation Cloud Technology Limited” without my knowledge or authorization. I only discovered this when I checked my transaction history in the GCash app and saw the charge. I immediately reached out to GCash support (Gigi) and also to Sooyupay regarding this transaction, but I have not received any response from either side so far. I did not subscribe to any service or approve any payment to this merchant, and there was no OTP or clear consent process for this deduction. I request that this unauthorized ₱699 deduction be investigated, that the full amount be refunded to my GCash account, and that any future similar charges from this merchant be blocked. I also ask to be informed clearly about how this transaction was processed and what security measures will be taken to prevent it from happening again.
