Automatic Deduction Of My Gcash Account

On 09-22-26 at around 11:03:16 pm, an amount of 699 pesos was deducted from my GCash account for an online purchase/subscription with Hong Kong VCrea. The payment was successfully processed, but no product was delivered and no subscription or service was provided in return. I contacted the relevant parties about this issue, but despite this, I still have not received any service or refund. I consider this situation unacceptable because my money was taken without providing the subscribed product or service. I kindly request that the 699 pesos be refunded in full to my GCash account as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved urgently.
