My account has been locked by Gate.io for grounds of security, and they have not provided any explanation for this action. The past few days have passed without me being able to trade or access my account. Even though I have reached out to you on many occasions, I have not received any answer or updates regarding the status of my account. A prompt unlocking of my account would be greatly appreciated. These circumstances are rapidly getting untenable.
