Unjust Ban from Fire Fire - Seeking Clarification and Resolution
For the past two days, I’ve only been able to play solo as "Kurt" in Fire Fire. I’m unable to play with my friends from my Fire Fire account, and my friends have also been banned. We have no idea why we’ve been banned, but it seems that when we were playing as a team of four, a hacker somehow joined our team without our knowledge. As a result, we’ve been unfairly banned because of someone we don’t even know.
I’ve been playing this game for 7 years without ever using cheats or hacks, so I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated by this situation. Why are we being banned for no reason? When will this ban be lifted? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
Why is no one responding? What is this? I've been playing this game for years. Do I deserve this? I want the unjust ban to be lifted. Why would someone be banned for no reason, and why can't we talk to customer service? This is nonsense. I've completely lost interest in the game.
