Unable to Access Garena Free Fire Matches After Ban Lifted - Persistent "Suspicious Player" Error

I am a Garena Free Fire player, and about three weeks ago, I was banned from the game without any clear reason. Although the ban has been lifted, I am still unable to join matches or create teams. Every time I try, I receive a "suspicious player" error.

It has been almost four weeks since I have been unable to play the game. I kindly request that you look into this issue and provide a resolution as soon as possible.
