Request to Recover Lost Garena Free Fire Account

I'm absolutely stuck and need your help getting back into my Garena Free Fire account. I forgot the password for my Gmail account, so here's the deal. The phone number I used to sign up for the account is no longer in service, which makes things worse. Two things at once! This implies I can't use the normal ways to get better. I've been shut out for the last three or four months, and I'm losing out on all the fun! I would be very thankful if there is any way to get my account back with this ID.
