Please Unban My FF Account

I have been playing Garena Free Fire for many years and my account, which I created and developed with great effort, was permanently banned even though I have never used any hacking tools or cheats. The issue first occurred in 2024 and it is still continuing. When I try to log in via Facebook, I am shown a screen stating that my account is banned because of “cheat/abnormal activities” and that the suspension is permanent. On this screen, my region is shown as India, my UID as 394550970, my nickname as “कल्युगकारावणt” and my level as 58. I have never used any third‑party programs, scripts, hacks or other unfair methods while playing Free Fire. I always played the game fairly, spent a lot of time and effort improving my account, and also spent money on the game over the years. This account represents a big part of my childhood memories, including the time I spent playing with my friends and siblings, and losing it without any concrete proof or detailed explanation is very upsetting for me. I previously contacted support through your website about this permanent ban, but I did not receive any clear and detailed explanation showing what exactly I supposedly did wrong. I therefore request that my account with UID 394550970 be thoroughly investigated again and that I be provided with a clear explanation of what exactly is claimed to be “abnormal activities” or “cheat”. If no solid evidence of cheating can be shown, I kindly ask for the permanent ban to be lifted and my account to be restored so that I can continue using the account I earned through fair play.
