My Free Fire Account Locked Out of EC Ranked. Is This a Ban?

When will the Garena Free Fire restriction be lifted? I'm unsure if I've been banned, but I can't enter EC-ranked matches. I can only play Lone Wolf mode. I've been playing for about 3 years, and I'm worried my account will go to waste if this isn't resolved. Please do something.
This issue has been ongoing for about a week now. When will this restriction be removed? Please lift this ban or restriction.

First of all, peace be upon you. I got a 7-day ban because of a friend. My account has been reopened, but I can't join the team. I can't play the game; I can't log in. I can only access the Lone Wolf mode. Please help me; don't let my 6 years of effort go to waste like this. I am someone who plays the game with love. Dear customer service, please help me.
