My FF ID Was Suspended

My Free Fire account was suddenly suspended while I was actively playing the game on my Android device. I have never used any cheats, hacks, third‑party tools or engaged in any unfair behavior, and I am certain that I have always followed the game’s rules of conduct. On 17/07/2025, I received an in‑game message stating that there were “abnormal activities” with my account and that it had been suspended. However, I was not informed of any specific violation, and I firmly believe this suspension is a mistake. I have invested a great deal of time, effort and dedication into this account, and it is very discouraging to lose access without a clear or justified reason. I kindly request that my account be thoroughly reviewed and that the suspension be lifted as soon as possible if no actual violation is found. I also ask to be informed of any concrete evidence if the system believes there was a breach, so I can understand and clarify the situation. I respectfully and clearly ask: if it is possible to unban my account, please remove the suspension and restore my access as soon as you can, so that I can continue playing on my account without further issues.
