Lost FF Account

I have been playing Free Fire from Sri Lanka on an Android device, and in 2024 I lost access to my account and have not been able to recover it since. The lost account had the in‑game name “Uns Manish” with player ID 1979893172. I did not delete it myself and I can no longer log in to it in any way. This account was very valuable to me because I had spent around Rs. 38,000 on it through in‑game purchases and top‑ups. I have not created any new account since losing this one because I want my original account back, along with all my progress and purchases. I kindly request that my Free Fire account with the name “Uns Manish” and ID 1979893172 be recovered and returned to me, together with all items and purchases linked to it. I would also appreciate clear guidance on what steps I should follow and what information you need from me to verify ownership and restore the account.
