I Can’t Access Free Fire Events on My Samsung Galaxy A34

For the past 1–2 months, I have been unable to access the Events section in Free Fire when using my Samsung Galaxy A34 device. Every time I tap on the Events tab, nothing loads, and the page remains completely unresponsive. This problem has existed since I first opened my account and continues without any improvement.

My game UID is 12051779055, and my username is xyusufx. While I was able to purchase diamonds in-game successfully and they were credited to my account, the inability to access events has ruined my gameplay experience. Free Fire events are an important part of the game, and being locked out of them puts me at a disadvantage compared to other players.

I have not yet contacted customer support, but I believe this issue needs to be addressed urgently. Players should not lose access to core game features, especially when they are spending money on the platform.

I request that this problem be resolved immediately and, as compensation for my ongoing frustration, 20,000 diamonds be credited to my account.
