Help Me To Play FF Again

I am a Free Fire player on iOS and my account linked to the email address “charlesm***[email protected]” has been restricted from playing BR ranked and CS ranked for the last 3 days. When I try to enter a match I see an error on the screen saying “ERROR Unable to join solo match (MM_3)” and I am not able to play ranked modes at all. I have not received any explanation, in‑game mail or email from Free Fire about the reason for this restriction and I do not know what I am supposed to have done wrong. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail, the reason for this restriction be clearly shared with me, and if there is no valid violation found, that my access to BR ranked and CS ranked be fully restored so that I can play again.
