Free Fire Ranked Matches Still Blocked After 6-Day Restriction Ended

I play Garena Free Fire on iOS, and my account recently received a 6‑day access restriction. That restriction officially ended on August 2, but even though the penalty is over, I still cannot properly access key game modes. Since the restriction ended, I have not been able to play any ranked matches. When I try to start a ranked game, the counter keeps counting but it never actually matches me into a game, so I am effectively locked out of ranked play. This has been going on continuously since August 2, without any successful ranked match. My player ID is 8587029729. I have spent a lot of time and effort building this account, and I am very worried about losing access to it or being permanently limited in ranked gameplay, even though I have already served the 6‑day restriction. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail, that any remaining hidden or mistaken restriction on ranked matches be removed, and that my full gameplay access be restored as soon as possible. I also ask to be informed clearly about the reason for this ongoing limitation despite the penalty period having ended.
