Garena Needs to Secure My Stolen Free Fire Account

I am a Free Fire player on an Android phone and I am writing about a serious problem with my Garena account. On 10/04/2026, my friend stole my Free Fire ID and gained unauthorized access to my account without my permission. After noticing that my account was stolen, I contacted Garena support and in‑game customer service and requested help with recovering my account. However, I did not receive any helpful support and my account has still not been recovered, so I remain unable to access it and I am very worried about my data and in‑game items. My account was stolen and I want Garena to investigate this situation and temporarily ban or suspend the stolen account immediately to protect my data and items from being misused. I kindly request that my account be secured and that I receive clear information about the steps to recover it.
