Hello, I’m having a serious issue with my Garena Free Fire account (ID: 703434470). Even though I haven’t broken any rules or violated any policies, I’ve been banned from all team and regular game modes. Right now, I can only play Lone Wolf and Custom Room modes.
This restriction is completely unfair. I don’t understand why I’ve received a team ban and a game ban when I’ve done nothing wrong. I’ve always played fairly and followed community guidelines. Not being able to join squads or participate in regular matches is ruining my entire gameplay experience.
There was no warning, no clear explanation, and no proper appeal system in place. It feels like I’ve been punished for nothing, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out of the game modes I enjoy most.
Garena, I’m asking you to urgently review and lift this wrongful ban. Let me return to team and match play. It’s unfair to block players who have done nothing to deserve it. Please resolve this now.
