Garena Free Fire Suspended Account Recovery Request

I'm in a really frustrating situation. Three years ago, my account got suspended because they accused me of using cheats. Why would I ever put money in an account just to cheat? The confusing thing is, we can't talk to anyone and there's no way to contact someone who is responsible.
