Garena Free Fire Rank Push Issue—Stuck After Violation

Hello, good day, and thank you. Last season, I spent a lot of time grinding ranked matches on the Bermuda map. However, I unknowingly teamed up with panel players, and as a result, I received a rank violation penalty. Since then, I've been trying to push my rank, but I can't progress from Master to Grandmaster because of this penalty. I thought the penalty would be lifted after the season ended, but it's still affecting my gameplay.

Garena Free Fire team, please find a solution for this violation issue. It’s frustrating to be stuck because of something that wasn't entirely in my control. I hope you can resolve this so I can continue pushing my rank fairly in the current season.
