I recently received a penalty on my Garena Free Fire account, and now I’m unable to join ranked games or create a team. I have no idea if someone in my team or an opponent was involved in misconduct, but I know for a fact that my account hasn’t been misused. This ban is completely unfair and has left me frustrated and unable to enjoy the game.
