Garena Free Fire Account Inaccessible After Facebook Account Loss

I am having a long-standing problem with my Garena Free Fire account which was linked to my Facebook account. Around five years ago I lost access to the Facebook account, and since then I have not been able to log in to my Free Fire account. The only information I still have is my old Free Fire account ID: 2197971742. I have not been able to recover my Facebook, and I have not previously contacted either Garena/Free Fire or Facebook support about this issue.
