Free Fire Account Blacklisted, Cannot Play CS Rank With Friends

Dear Garena Support Team, I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which seems to have been blacklisted or restricted since around 5:30 in the morning today. Since this restriction started, I have been unable to play CS Rank matches with my friends, I cannot join their groups, and in the Training Ground only a few players appear, which prevents me from enjoying the game properly with my friends. I would like to state clearly that I have never used any hacks, cheats, or third‑party applications on my account. I always try to follow the rules and policies of the game. The only recent change was that I logged into my account from another Android phone before the problem began, and after that I started facing these restrictions. This account is very important to me. My Prime is currently level 6 and is close to reaching level 7, and I have spent more than 20,000 in this account through in‑game purchases. In addition, at the time this issue started, I still had 200 days remaining on my monthly membership and 10 days remaining on my weekly membership. Because of the time, effort, money and active subscriptions on this account, this situation is very upsetting for me. If this restriction was applied by mistake or due to any misunderstanding, I kindly request you to review my account again and remove the blacklist restriction from my ID so I can continue playing normally.
