Free Fire MM9 Error Blocks BR and Lonewolf Matches

I play Free Fire on my Android mobile phone and I can no longer play BR and Lonewolf modes with my account. About two and a half weeks ago, my friends used an app called “ffkipas” on my account without my permission, and after that I started to get an error and could not play properly. Now the game shows an error screen saying “Corresponding player pool not found. Matchmaking failed. (MM9)” and I cannot enter matches normally. I did not personally use any cheat or third‑party application and I did not give permission for my friends to do this to my account. I feel very upset that I am being punished for something I did not knowingly do. I would like my account to be checked in detail and I kindly request that my account be unbanned or any restriction blocking BR and Lonewolf modes be removed so that I can continue playing the game fairly.
