Free Fire Gmail Unbind OTP Not Arriving

I am a Garena Free Fire player and I am having a problem with the OTP process for unlinking my Gmail account from my game account. I am trying to unsubscribe and unlink my Gmail address (tarunp***[email protected]) from my Free Fire account. However, I am not receiving any OTP on this registered email address. The last OTP code I received was on 27 September, and since then no new OTP email has arrived despite repeated attempts. I have already thoroughly checked both my Inbox and Spam/Junk folders, but there is no OTP email from Garena. I am attaching screenshots that show no email has been received from you regarding the OTP. I kindly request your support to help me receive the OTP successfully, or assist me with an alternative method to verify my identity and unlink my Gmail account from my Free Fire account.
