Free Fire Account Recovery Request After Unauthorized Access

I am writing about a serious issue with my Free Fire account, which was hacked and completely taken over. My account name was “Remeo,” and it was originally linked to my Facebook account. In 2019, an unauthorized person gained access to my account and changed all the login details, causing me to lose full control. Since then, I have been unable to access the account at all.

Before the account was hacked, I had spent approximately $590 on in-game purchases. After the hack, all my account information was changed, and I lost access to my profile, items, and all purchased content. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to contact Garena/Free Fire support directly regarding this issue.

I request that my hacked Free Fire account “Remeo,” which was previously linked to Facebook, be thoroughly investigated and, if possible, recovered with all my purchases and items restored. If account recovery is not possible, I kindly ask for an alternative resolution so that I do not lose the money and progress I invested in the game.
