Free Fire Account Banned Without Clear Reason

I am writing about my Free Fire account “Mr•HamenPC”, which has been banned and which I would like to get back. For almost a year now I have not been able to access this account. When I try to log in, I receive an “account banned” notice and cannot enter the game with this ID. I did not receive any clear explanation about the reason for the ban, and I believe that my account was banned unfairly. I only want to log in and play with my existing account again. I kindly request that my Free Fire account “Mr•HamenPC” be reviewed in detail, that the ban be lifted if possible, and that my access to this account be restored.
