Garanti Promised to Reactivate My Card After Debt Repayment but It’s Still Blocked

I contacted Garanti Bank’s customer service about my overdue payments, and they recommended restructuring my debt considering my financial situation back then. I wanted to know if I could use my credit card again once I completely paid off the restructured debt. The rep told me that as soon as I paid off the debt, my card would be good to go again. So, I’ve paid everything off, but my card is still blocked. What gives? It's very frustrating that I was misled during the call, and now I'm stuck without access to my card despite having done everything I was supposed to do. I’m contacting you now to sort this out because the misinformation and the current situation are just not okay.
