I contacted Garanti Bank’s customer service about my overdue payments, and they recommended restructuring my debt considering my financial situation back then. I wanted to know if I could use my credit card again once I completely paid off the restructured debt. The rep told me that as soon as I paid off the debt, my card would be good to go again. So, I’ve paid everything off, but my card is still blocked. What gives?
