I Was Blacklisted by Garanti Bank Without Any Clear Reason
I’ve been dealing with an issue at Garanti Bank for the past eight months. I was blacklisted, though I don’t know why. I asked if there was any misconduct on my part, and after reviewing my account activity, they told me there was no issue. I filed an objection, and they claimed to have sent emails, but I never received any response. I want to know the reason behind this. They investigated everything as is my right, yet I was blacklisted without cause. I’m asking the authorities to respond, take necessary action, and give me an explanation. I feel like a criminal. I’ve been a customer for years—was I blacklisted just because I was issued a credit card? I don’t even want your credit card. I simply want an answer: why was I blacklisted?
