Garanti BBVA Shop And Fly Refund Delay After Trendyol Return Problem

I returned a used phone that was sent to me through my Trendyol order #10625569472, which I paid for using my Garanti Bank Shop & Fly card. However, the refund was processed after my billing date. Because the bank did not reflect the refund one day before the statement closing date, I was forced to pay ₺55,000 on my card for an amount I would not use. I contacted customer service, and they informed me that the refund would appear on next month’s statement, but this situation has caused me significant inconvenience. I request a refund of the interest charged or a correction of the statement.
