Garanti Bank Bonus Points Not Transferred to New Card

I got a notification from Garanti Bank saying that bonus points have been added to my card. Unfortunately, the card that received the Bonus points is the one I had to deactivate due to security concerns. Right now, I'm using a brand-new card that the bank gave me. I acquired these Bonus points by actively engaging in relevant campaigns and making qualified purchases in accordance with the established procedures. Could you please transfer the Bonus points I earned to the card I am currently using? (I have also reached out to a customer representative through telephone banking, but despite a significant amount of time passing, I have not received any response).
