Garanti BBVA Shop&Fly Card Online Shopping Block Preventing Apple Germany Purchase

I am a Garanti BBVA Shop&Fly credit card holder (ending in 7019). On August 15, 2026, my card was blocked for online purchases for security reasons; however, I was personally the one who made the transaction in question.

I need to purchase a specially configured, non-standard laptop worth approximately €3,000 from the Apple Germany website. I placed the order about a month ago, and I need to complete the payment as soon as possible to prevent the order from being canceled or delayed any further.

When I contacted Garanti BBVA customer service, they told me that they had forwarded the issue to the security department with an “urgent” code. However, two days have passed, and my card is still blocked for online purchases, so I am unable to make the payment.

I request that the online shopping restriction on my card be removed immediately or that an urgent solution be provided so that I can securely complete this high-value international transaction.
