Garanti BBVA Credit Card Fraud Issue
I have a Garanti BBVA credit card, and despite having it in my possession, it has somehow been copied. During the night, after 20 transactions, a total of ₺30,000 was withdrawn under the name "Personal Services" on Facebook. The last transaction I attempted online was blocked because my card was set to not allow internet transactions.
How is it possible that my card, which is supposed to be disabled for online use, can still have money withdrawn without my approval under such a vague description? I am sharing some of the transactions, each amounting to ₺1,500, along with my message regarding the failed online purchase due to lack of approval.
Should I hire a night watchman to guard my card, wondering if it has been copied? I am seeking immediate assistance with this issue.
Garanti BBVA was very attentive to my grievance. My money was refunded. I am very grateful for their attention. I hope the hackers are found and punished as soon as possible.
