Garanti Bank Has Not Removed the Blockage for Promotion Cancellation
We canceled the promotion through Garanti Bank mobile application and the remaining part of the commitment was withdrawn from our account in cash, but the bank has not removed the blockage for several days. We cannot switch to another bank for this reason. I don't understand what you're trying to do by not letting us leave the bank! I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee today and seek my rights there!
