Garanti Bank Charged Me an Annual Card Fee Without Informing Me in Advance
To make things worse, Garanti Bank charged my credit card ₺841.50 in April, a month when I wasn't expecting this kind of charge. The charge was made under the heading of "Annual Card Fee." I would not have known they had taken this amount out at all if I hadn't carefully examined my statement. I began to doubt my faith in the bank as a result of this. A financial institution should be more open and honest with me, especially when it comes to collecting money from clients. The situation is made even more disturbing by the lack of a clear explanation or prior notice. I hope Garanti Bank will address this matter without causing any more inconvenience and I am asking for a complete refund of the ₺841.50 as soon as possible.
