Freecash Account Suspended After Withdrawal Request
My Freecash account was suddenly suspended on 25 July, right after I submitted a withdrawal request. Until that moment I had been using the platform normally, completing offers and accumulating earnings in line with the rules, and I had no prior issues or warnings on my account. I completely lost access to my account and to the remaining balance I had earned, and I was extremely frustrated to see that this happened exactly when I tried to withdraw my money. On my profile there was even a warning that cashout was stopped due to “unusual activity”. I contacted Freecash support several times through different chats and submitted many appeals, clearly explaining in detail that I had followed the rules and that my earnings were legitimate. Despite all my explanations and attempts to clarify the situation, my appeal was rejected, they asked me to prove my purchases and repetitively declined my identity, and I was effectively treated as if I had done something wrong, yet no clear proof or detailed explanation was provided. I appealed several times and my first appeal was denied because I had to "prove purchases" that I never made, the two following appeals were denied due to accusations of forging of my identity, and then all of a sudden, in my fourth appeal the accusations changed from forging identity to using a VPN. This was very unprofessional and showed a shocking lack of consistency. I was also told that their decision was final, which I consider to be both unfair and a false accusation against me as a user who acted in good faith. I feel seriously disappointed and frustrated that my account has been blocked in this way and that my efforts and time on the platform have been disregarded. I request that my account be re‑enabled and that I regain full access to my earnings and to the withdrawal function. I expect Freecash to review my case transparently, either provide concrete evidence if they insist on their accusations or, if they cannot, to immediately lift the suspension, restore my account and balance, and correct this unfair treatment.
