I Face Missing Grandmaster Rank in Free Fire Max Even After Suspension Ended

I am experiencing an ongoing issue with my Free Fire Max account where my Grandmaster rank is not showing up, even though I achieved it. This problem appears both in my main profile and in EC BR mode, where my rank is still missing.

At one point, I unknowingly played with a panel and received a two-day suspension. After serving the suspension, I expected my rank to be corrected, but it was not restored. Despite reporting this issue multiple times, including this being my third complaint, I have received no response or resolution from Garena.

It is very frustrating to reach the Grandmaster rank and not see it displayed properly. I am requesting that my rank be repaired and displayed accurately across all modes. Without a fix, this problem is making me lose interest in the game, and I am honestly close to quitting Free Fire Max altogether.

I urge Garena to resolve this issue quickly so that my progress is not wasted, and I can enjoy the game again without feeling unfairly penalized.
