Garena Free Fire Max Suspended My Accounts for Abnormal Activity

I am a Free Fire Max player on Android from the India region and I have two main accounts that were permanently banned without any clear reason. One account has UID 9124079274 with the nickname ⓀⓇⒾⓈⒽ and the other account has UID 4435402749 with the nickname GHoST. When I try to log in, I see the message that there are abnormal activities with my account and that it has been permanently suspended. I have never used hacks, cheats, illegal tools or any third‑party applications that violate the game rules. I always played normally and invested a lot of time and effort into these accounts. Because of this, I believe the bans were applied unfairly or by mistake. I contacted Garena Free Fire Max support through the help center to solve this issue, but instead of getting proper assistance, I was blocked from the help center and could no longer get support for my problem. This situation is very disappointing, because I was trying to resolve it in a proper way. I kindly request a detailed review of both of my accounts with UID 9124079274 (ⓀⓇⒾⓈⒽ) and UID 4435402749 (GHoST). If, as I believe, there is no violation, I ask that the permanent suspensions be lifted and my access restored. If you still think there was an issue, I request a clear explanation and evidence so I can understand what happened and protect my accounts in the future.
