Free Fire Negative Diamonds Caused My Account to Be Blocked

I am a Free Fire player on Android and I recently discovered that my diamond balance has become negative, even though I do not know how this happened. After this negative balance appeared, my account was also blocked. My player ID is 3832443376. I contacted Free Fire customer support and they asked me for the transaction ID, but I do not have this information, so I could not provide it and my problem remains unresolved. I kindly request that my negative diamond balance be removed and that my account be unblocked so that I can continue playing the game normally.
