Account Reactivation Of My Free Fire Max

I am writing about my Free Fire Max account, which has been permanently suspended for the past 6 months. When I try to log in, I only see the message stating that my account has been permanently suspended, without any clear explanation of the specific reason. I contacted Free Fire Max support about this issue and was informed that the suspension is permanent. However, I was not given any detailed information or evidence about what rule I allegedly violated, and I believe this decision is unfair. I kindly request that my Free Fire Max account be reviewed again and reactivated. I want to be able to access and use my account normally again.
