Epic Games Banned My Account Even Though I Haven’t Played Fortnite
Is Epic Games being run by bots? I haven’t even had access to my computer lately, and I absolutely did not log in to Fortnite—yet today I received an email saying my account has been permanently banned.
I immediately contacted support to explain that I never launched the game, let alone cheated, but all I got in return were copy-paste responses. No actual answers, no investigation—just generic replies that completely ignore the fact that I didn’t even play.
Their cheat detection system is clearly flawed, and their customer support is unhelpful and dismissive. How can someone get banned from a game they haven’t touched? This isn’t just unfair—it’s outrageous. I want my account reinstated and a real explanation, not robotic replies.
