Fortnite Account Wrongfully Banned for Cheating While I Wasn't Playing
Epic Games wrongfully banned my Fortnite account for alleged cheating during a 3-day period when I didn’t even play the game. I had no malicious software or files that could interfere with their Easy Anti-Cheat system on my computer. For the past 16 days, I’ve been trying to reach support, but all I get are automated responses saying I used cheats and violated their rules. They won’t even allow me to submit a proper support ticket. I haven’t been able to get any real help from Epic Games, and I feel completely ignored. I just want my account back and for Epic to properly investigate this ban.
