– Wrong account = no access even if paid
• Verify coins vs subscription;
– Some content requires coins even with a plan
– Check if your balance is enough per episode
– Users report coins running out despite payment
• Fix app glitches;
– Clear cache (Android)
– Reinstall the app
– Check internet connection
• Contact support;
• Write:
– “I was charged but episodes are still locked. Please restore my access immediately.”
– Attach:
– Payment receipt
– Screenshot of locked content
• Request refund if needed;
– Apple → request via Apple
– Google → request via Google Play
– Direct → ask FlickReels support
If access isn’t restored, dispute the charge with your bank and file a complaint on Xolvie to push for resolution.
