Unauthorized Fitme Membership Charge — How to Cancel and Get Refund

On October 23, 2025, a $5 membership fee was charged in my name through the Fitme website without my knowledge or consent. I, Zühre C., did not authorize or approve any such membership — this transaction was made entirely without my awareness.

After discovering the charge, I contacted Fitme customer service, but they offered no solution. I was informed that a refund would not be issued, and the representatives simply gave generic responses without properly addressing my concern.

I request the immediate cancellation of this unauthorized transaction and a full refund of the $5 that was charged without my consent.
