Fındandloc Charges Hidden $17 Subscription After $1 Location Search

On June 14, 2026, I purchased a location-tracking service from a website called fındandloc. I signed in with my Google account, created an email and password, and then paid $1 with my debit card for what appeared on screen to be a one-time service fee to locate another person's whereabouts. The screen stated that the other party would receive an SMS and would need to confirm — but no such SMS was ever sent, and no location information was shared with me.
I was never given any clear, prominent warning that my account would be charged a monthly subscription fee if I didn't cancel within 24 hours. Despite that, I found that $17 had been withdrawn from my account. I logged back in and canceled the subscription, but by that point I had already been denied the location service I paid for and hit with a large monthly charge I never agreed to.
I am demanding an immediate refund of both the initial $1 charge — for a service that was never delivered — and the full $17 subscription fee that was taken from my card without my knowledge or consent. I am also requesting that this unauthorized transaction be investigated and corrected accordingly.
