Fileworld.co Subscription Trap

I recently used the PDF merger service on Fileworld.co and, without clearly realizing that a paid subscription would start, I was hit with an unexpected 40 euro charge after about 48 hours. At no point did I knowingly agree to such a payment, and the way the subscription and payment terms were presented felt sneaky and deceptive rather than honest and transparent. To me this is clearly a subscription trap. The information about when the paid period would begin and exactly how much would be charged was not highlighted, not clearly explained and seemed designed to make the user overlook it. I only discovered that I had been signed up and charged when I saw the 40 euro debit, which made this whole business practice look deeply unethical and disgusting. I demand a full refund of the 40 euros taken from me and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment associated with my name, email or account, so that I am not charged again. I also expect Fileworld.co to stop using such misleading and borderline abusive tactics and to change their subscription and pricing flow so that other users do not fall into the same trap.
