FileWorld Unauthorized Subscription Charge
I recently discovered that a subscription was started on the website fileworld.co without my clear knowledge or consent. For this subscription, an amount of 39.95 euros was charged yesterday at around 22:00 from my Postepay card in Italy. As soon as I noticed this payment, I contacted fileworld.co customer service by email to request clarification and to ask for my money back, but I have not received any response to my messages. I request the full refund of the 39.95 euros that was taken for this unwanted subscription and the cancellation of any current or future subscription linked to my card.
