FileWorld Unexpected 40€ Subscription Charge

On 27/08, an amount of 39,95–40 € was charged to my Alpha Bank credit card by “Fileworld EU Mont-Sur-Laus”. I had only intended to make a one‑time payment of 0,60 € for a PDF conversion and did not knowingly subscribe to any ongoing service or membership. I have not used any subscription services from Fileworld after this charge and I do not accept this unexpected debit as a valid subscription fee. I consider this payment to have been taken without my clear consent. I kindly request the full refund of the 39,95–40 € charged to my Alpha Bank credit card and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my card. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be made without my explicit approval.
