Compalint To Fileworld Eu That Have Deducted Money From My Bank

I recently used the Fileword EU website to sign up for a PDF Editor service. At that time I paid 6.69 NOK. On 4 October 2026, however, an amount of 553.06 NOK was deducted from my bank account by Fileworld Eu without my understanding or clear authorisation. I unsubscribed from my account immediately after I saw this deduction, because I did not agree to such a high charge and was not properly informed about it in advance. I cannot understand why this amount was taken from my account when I only expected to pay 6.69 NOK. I request that the 553.06 NOK taken from my account be fully refunded as soon as possible and that no further charges be made to my card or account. I ask you to review this transaction and resolve this issue urgently.
